REFOUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY

Check in: After 2:00 p.m. (without the host’s presence - with a key safe)

Check out: Until 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You may cancel free of charge within 2 hours of booking confirmation. If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be equal to the total price of the reservation.

No show: If you do not show up, the not showing up fee will be equal to the total price of the reservation.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Prepayment: To confirm the reservation, you must pay using a credit, debit or prepaid card when you book.

Taxes and service charges: A VAT is not applicable A City tax is not applicable A Property service charge is not applicable. The taxes applied by the provisions of art. 39A of law 4172/2013 in combination with what has been clarified with POL.1069 / 2015 and POL.1112 / 2017 circulars are charged to the host.

Tax data of guests: The providing of tax data (Greek VAT, absence of this ID number or passport number) of guests to "NEXT SA" through this website is necessary to achieve the purposes specified in its General Terms and Conditions, always in accordance with the provisions of no. 111 of law 4446/2016 (Government Gazette AD 240) as amended and in force, of no. 39A of law 4172/2013 (Government Gazette AD 167) as amended and in force, and POL.1187 / 2017 (Government Gazette BD 4232) as amended and in force.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in all indoor areas of the room, as well as in the common areas of the premises.

Events: Parties and events are not allowed in any area of the room, as well as in the common areas of the premises.

Children: Children older than 3 years old are welcome.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Additional guests: No more guests are allowed in the room than those agreed on the booking confirmation.

Cleaning services: No cleaning and bed linen changing services are provided for reservations of less than 5 (five) days.

Issuance of documents: If you wish to be issued a document with company details, please indicate in the booking notes: VAT number, name, Tax Office, profession, PC address and telephone. We will then send you a short-term lease receipt with the declared details on the day of departure.
